We do not monitor member’s contributions to retiredbackpackers.com. Therefore should you be aware of any activities from other members which in violation of this agreement please let us know by contacting us at support@retiredbackpackers.com.
9. Intellectual Property
Retiredbackpackers.com owns all copyright, trade marks, and other intellectual property in and relating to the retiredbackpackers.com including the material which is provided by members. This must be acknowledged so that no material on retiredbackpackers.com is copied, shown in public or used in any way to create plagiaristic work of any kind unless properly licensed to do so by retiredbackpackers.com
When presenting any information or material to retiredbackpackers.com you are showing that you are fully entitled to do so. You also give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, non-terminable licence right to copy, modify, distribute, show in public and create derivative works from that material in any form, anywhere. Therefore, you give up your right to be shown as the author of the material in question and your right to object to how the material is treated.
10. Changes to this Agreement
Retiredbackpackers.com has the right to make changes to this agreement to subsequently post it on the site.
11. Excluded Loss
Retiredbackackers.com will not be liable for any breach of its obligations resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control.
12. Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
13. Keeping this Agreement
Please print and/or save a copy of this agreement as we do not separately file individual agreements.
